Established in 2001, Yalee Brand has consistently set the benchmark in the UK frozen food market. Trading in UK as Mr. Fish, we were the first to import cut crabs into the UK, and our dedication to quality has made us a trusted name in the Sri Lankan community and beyond. We cater to a diverse clientele including catering services, restaurants, and hotels.
Our Facilities
Operating from our state of the art facility, we are an officially UK Approved Food Premises and HACCP Certified, ensuring that our products meet the highest safety and quality standards.
Our UK based plant is licensed to cut and repack seafood, utilizing advanced cutting methods such as filleting and deboning, all under strict quality control measures.
Our Sri Lankan facility, owned by us under the trading name Mr. Prawns, specializes in freshly sourcing fish from Sri Lankan waters in the Indian Ocean and distributing them globally.
